'The Norminator' - former CTO of a large cloud provider. Cool, calm, and collected in every situation. There's very little Chris doesn't know about cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. A Northampton Saints season ticket holder who knows every pub in town.

Known for his jovial nature and willingness to help anyone. With close to two decades in IT and Cyber Security, Adrian works closely with strategic partners and customers. Don't ask about his Gloucester Rugby Club days unless you have a few hours free.

The heart and soul of the office. James brings infectious positivity every single day - there isn't a customer who doesn't love him. Country music convert, football fanatic, and champion of conspiracy theories. EquiTech is a better place because of James.

Our office monster - not just in size, but in work rate. A multi-sport athlete with South African genes and resilience to match. Conveniently English for football tournaments; full Springbok the moment the rugby starts.

The backbone of the team. Always positive, never flustered - Sarah handles everything that would otherwise be forgotten, enabling the rest of the team to be exceptional. An absolute saint for putting up with Lee both at work and at home.

Our first ever employee and one of the most dedicated people in the business. Carl takes real time with every customer - never rushing, never cutting corners. Loves gaming, keeps an immaculate desk, and we couldn't have picked a better first hire if we tried.

Nicknamed the Iceman - completely unphaseable. We've never seen Tom anything other than calm and collected, even when the office has Five Guys ordered in. Loves cars and is genuinely handy under the bonnet.

Joined as an apprentice and is fast becoming a future superstar - meticulous, thorough, and stupidly efficient. A weight-lifting junior champion who loves hiking and adventure. Also a Leicester City fan who will absolutely bring up that title win.

A New Zealander with absolutely no filter - but we love him for it. What you see is exactly what you get with Jerram, and that honesty is refreshing. In a past life he was a professional chef, and the office has been reaping the rewards ever since; he's won every single baking contest we've ever had. Talented, warm, and the source of the best baked goods in the building.

The most polite and proper member of the team - Holly's phone manner is so regal, clients feel like they've reached royalty. Don't let that fool you though; she is the undisputed rising star when it comes to the office plonker hat, with her ongoing battle against sat navs becoming the stuff of ETG legend. Brilliant in every other respect.

Prodigious son of director Lee Chambers - and the apple clearly hasn't fallen far from the tree. Already showing signs of a future IT guru. Loves complex setups, tackles every challenge with enthusiasm, and absorbs knowledge like a sponge.
